The Andhra Education Society, apart from the academics, also focuses on overall Personality Development of the students with various Extra Curricular activities of Sports, Games, Dance and Music etc. The Society conducts music and Kuchipudi dance classes to encourage students to adept art and culture.
With a view to enhance and promote culture, social advancement, performing fine arts viz., Music, Dance, Drama, Folk Arts like Harikatha, Burakatha etc; and to widen and spread the related activities, The Andhra Education Society on 25th November, 2016, inaugurated a âCultural Wingâ. (At the hands of Shri M.S.R.V.Prasad, a patron member, an eminent industrialist and a generous donor to the Society.)
This year we have celebrated 4th Anniversary of Cultural Wing on Saturday 23rd November, 2019 at Shri SivaSwamy Auditorium Chembur Fine Arts Society, Mumbai.
Shri Rajgopal Devara, IAS Principal Secretary, Government of Maharashtra and Shri Johny Lever Bollywood Actor graced the occassion as Chief Guest and Guest of honour. Â Kuchipudi Dance performed by High School and Junior College students mesmerized the audience. Further Telugu playback singers Shri V.Srikrishna and group presented a Telugu Film songs âMusical Nightâ and fascinated all the audience. Overall it was a memorable evening.
