AES High School & Junior College Celebrates Independence Day
Mumbai, Aug 15: The Andhra Education Society’s High School & Junior College, Wadala, marked the 79th Independence Day with patriotic fervor and cultural pride. Chief Guest Mr. Vinay Kumar Kantheti, IRS, Additional Commissioner, Customs, GST & Central Excise, and Guest of Honour Smt. Veturi Padmavathi, Headmistress, graced the occasion. The celebration featured a ceremonial march, flag hoisting, national and state anthems, and spirited performances including songs, speeches, and a lezim dance.
The event was attended by Board of Trustee Shri Vutha Mohan; Vice-Presidents Shri K. Rajshekhar and Smt. A. Harileela; General Secretary Shri A.S.R. Krishna Prasad; Treasurer Shri T. Gangadhar Reddy; Managing Committee Member Shri Ponnuri Prabhat; Heads of various sections, staff, parents, and students. Both dignitaries addressed the gathering, inspiring students to uphold unity and service to the nation.
