Saraswathi Puja 2023-24
Saraswati Puja, held in our school, showcased our rich Indian culture and tradition. The event, which took place on October 20, 2023, was graced by Shri ASR Krishna Prasad, Gen. Secretary, Smt. Vijayalakshmi, Vice-President, members of the Management, our Headmistress, Heads of various sections, dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff, and enthusiastic students.
The morning of the Puja, at 11:30 a.m., saw the corridor adorned with flowers to welcome the auspicious occasion. Lord Saraswati, the deity of intelligence, knowledge, education, harmony, art, and speech, was venerated to seek her blessings before commencing any noble endeavor.
The program included the chanting of Lalita Sahastranam, devotional songs, and a mesmerizing Kuchipudi dance performed by our talented students. Additionally, the womenfolk prepared and celebrated Batukamma, creating a festive and devotional atmosphere. To conclude the event, everyone received Prasadam, spreading a sense of unity and devotion among the attendees.
